Paul A. Carroll Q.C. Chairman

Mr. Carroll is Chairman and CEO of Diadem. He is
President of Carnarvon Capital Corporation, a corporate
management and advisory company. He has had a lengthy
business career in the mining industry, both as a lawyer and
as a director and/or officer of many mining companies. He
has been engaged in the mineral exploration and mining
industry in Canada, the United States, Central and South
America, Africa, China, Russia and Kazakhstan. Companies
with which he has been extensively involved include Dundee
Corporation (formerly Dundee Bancorp Inc.), Corona
Corporation (during its development and operation of the
Hemlo and Eskay Creek gold mines) where he was a member of
the Executive Committee, Zemex Corporation (industrial
minerals), Royex Gold Mining Corporation (gold), Campbell
Resources Inc. (gold, copper and asbestos), Cobra Emerald
Mines Ltd. (emeralds), Lacana Mining Corporation (gold and
silver), where he was Chairman, Arcon International
Resources plc (zinc), where he was Chairman, Tahera
Corporation (diamonds, during the discovery and early
planning for production from the Jericho kimberlite pipes in
Nunavut, soon to become Canada’s third producing diamond
mine), World Wide Minerals Ltd. (uranium and gold), where he
is Chairman, President and CEO, Riphean Platinum Corporation
(gold and PGMs), where he is Chairman, Poco Petroleums Ltd.
(oil and gas), Mascot Gold Mines Ltd. (gold), United Keno
Hill Mines Ltd. (silver and zinc), Repadre Capital
Corporation (now IAMgold Corporation, gold) and Crowflight
Minerals Inc. (base metals and PGMs). In 2004 – 2005, as one
of the committee of “independent directors” thereof, Mr.
Carroll was a director of Argus Corporation Limited and
Hollinger Inc. He was a Director of The Uranium Institute
(now the World Nuclear Association) in 1998.

A. Lee Barker, P.Eng., P.Geol.
Whitby, Ontario
Mr. Barker joined the Board in October,
2005. He is an independent mining executive and consultant
with over 40 years of broad experience in the mineral
industry. Mr. Barker was part of the gold exploration team
at Lacana Mining Corporation and Corona Corporation and was
involved in several diamond exploration, discovery and
development projects for Aber Resources Inc. (now Aber
Diamonds) and SouthernEra Resources Limited. Currently, as
President of Sparton Resources Inc., he is active in
precious metals exploration in China, Mexico and Canada. Mr.
Barker’s diamond experience includes ongoing consulting
assignments for a number of private and public exploration
and development groups in various international venues. He
also is a director of several other public companies
involved in diamond exploration, mining and development
worldwide.

Mr Bertrand is a financial advisor and insurance agent and is the principal
of Assurances Bertrand Inc. He has been a Director of Diadem since 2002.

The Honourable
William McKnight P.C.
Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
Mr McKnight has been a Director of Diadem since 2002. Currently, as the
principal of McKnight & Associates, he is an international trade and
financial consultant. From 1979 to 1993 he was a Member of the Parliament of
Canada and a member of the Federal Cabinet where he held the position of
Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development.

Thomas Skimming, P. Eng. Toronto,
Ontario
Mr. Skimming, a geologist and
professional engineer, has been an independent mineral
exploration and mining consultant since 1972. In 1959, he
was one of the pioneers of diamond exploration in the James
Bay Lowlands of Canada on behalf of Selco Exploration
Company Limited and one of its affiliates, Consolidated
African Selection Trust (CAST), at the time the largest
producer of gem-quality diamonds in the world. From 1959 to
1967 he was Chief Geologist of Selco Exploration Company
Limited, the Canadian subsidiary of Selection Trust of
London, England and from 1968 to 1972 he was Chief
Exploration Geologist of McIntyre Porcupine Mines Ltd.
(which at that time controlled Falconbridge Nickel Mines
Ltd.) and he was responsible for its exploration activities
in Canada, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Africa
and Southeast Asia. He was founder and a director and
officer of Royex Gold Mining Corporation (gold) as well as a
director of Corona Corporation (gold) and United Coin Mines
Ltd. (which discovered and developed the Golden Reward gold
mine in South Dakota). Mr. Skimming is a Director of a
number of other public mining companies, including Romios
Gold Resources Inc.
