and a financial advisor and insurance agent. He has
been a Director of Diadem since 2002. He is the
principal of A N Bertrand Inc.

A. Lee Barker, P.Eng., P.Geol. Geological Consultant
Mr. Barker joined the Board in October,
2005. He is an independent mining executive and consultant
with over 40 years of broad experience in the mineral
industry. Mr. Barker was part of the gold exploration team
at Lacana Mining Corporation and Corona Corporation and was
involved in several diamond exploration, discovery and
development projects for Aber Resources Inc. (now Harry
Winston Diamond Corporation) and SouthernEra Resources Limited. Currently, as
President of Sparton Resources Inc., he is active in
precious metals exploration in China, Mexico and Canada. Mr.
Barker’s diamond experience includes ongoing consulting
assignments for a number of private and public exploration
and development groups in various international venues. He
also is a director of several other public companies
involved in diamond exploration, mining and development
worldwide.

David J. Layman C.A.
Vice-President, Finance
Mr. Layman is a
Chartered Accountant and has performed the chief financial officer or other
financial officer duties for a number of mineral resource companies. After
an initial career in public accounting with a major international accounting
firm, Mr. Layman was Manager of Financial Reporting of Dome Mines Ltd. Subsequently, he joined a predecessor company of MinVen
Gold Corporation, becoming its Vice-President Administration, Controller and
Corporate Secretary. During that period, he was involved in structuring
transactions such as the amalgamation of MFC Mining Finance Corp. and Brohm
Mining Corp. and joint ventures with United Coin Mines Ltd., Wharf Resources
Ltd. and Pegasus Inc. From 1992 until joining World Wide Minerals Ltd. as
CFO in 1997, and again since 1999, Mr Layman has been an independent finance
and business consultant in the mining industry, and has been involved with
public mining companies active in North, Central and South America and in
Central Asia.

Natalie Bertrand C.A.M. Corporate Secretary
Mrs. Bertrand has performed accounting, corporate secretarial and other administrative functions for various companies in Montreal over the last 25 years. She is presently a license life underwriter in Montreal and is President of A N Bertrand Inc., an insurance broker.
